It looks to me like due to all the co- channel and adjacent channel interference issues in your area that you may be best served by a 4 bay bowtie antenna pointed NE.

Yep, AD is spot on.
This is why I always try and operate without a preamp first.
Low vhf don't need boosted because losses are far less at those frequencies and high vhf will also do very well...
