Reply to the questions

First of all, I am in a house, but the antenna is not near any windows, and second, I am using a RCA indoor antenna with amplifier. I did the test at 25 feet (here's the link: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...7fcff88a6eaae4), and I found that WXMI is stronger than the 7 foot test. P.S: I am only connecting my Coby portable TV.

This recommendation is based on the Pending Applications Included Digital Tv Stations/Channels of the tvfool radar report. Install Winegard HD7696P antenna with a Antennas Direct CPA-19 preamp aimed at about 197 degree magnetic compass Above the roof. Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html. Here are some Strong and Sturdy antenna mounts , http://www.ronard.com/909911.html , http://www.ronard.com/34424560.html , http://www.ronrad.com/ychim.html , http://www.ronard.com , Buy the ronard antenna mounts at solidsignal by typing the word ronard in the solidsignal search box or buy from ronard. Here are some places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.winegarddirect.com , http://www.amazon.com , http://www.antennasdirect.com.

Tv antennas and Tv reception

Most of the Tv stations/channels are Very Weak even with a 25 foot high antenna height. This what will be received , WCMU-DT Real channel 26 PBS , WWTV Real channel 9 CBS and Fox , WFQX-TV Real channel 32 FOX , WXMI Real channel 19 FOX and Antenna Tv and This Tv , WZZM Real channel 13 ABC and local weather , WOOD Real channel 7 NBC , WOTV Real channel 20 ABC and Cool Tv , WWLA-DT Real channel 45 Reto Tv Network , WWMT Real channel 8 CBS and The CW , WZPX-DT Real channel 44 ION. Tvfool list both the REAL Channels that are transmitted and received and the Virtual Channels that are in most cases the Legacy Channel Number , the Legacy channel number is the Analog Channel that the Tv station was transmitting on before the switch to digital and is now transmitting on a Different Channel that is now digital. Tv guides that are found on the internet such as but limited to ,http://www.zap2it.com , use the Virtual channel number , and the virtual channel number is what shows on the Tv screen. The Real channels are what is transmitted and received by the transmitting antenna and the receiving antenna. The REAL channels are important to know so as to get the correct antenna to receive the Tv stations/channels.

The Tv/s Must scan for the Digital Broadcast Tv Channels sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv menu because the signals are transmitted through the air from the transmitting antenna to your receiving antenna. DO NOT scan for cable Tv channels.
