HD-DVR w/ No Monthly Fee?

Does anyone have any clues as to what my options are for an HD DVR that doesnt charge me monthly? Too much to ask right? I hope not.

Thanks for your input. I have exploired the idea of using USB Tuner for my PC, not bad, but I want a set top option.

In no particular order...

Magnavox MDR-513H/F7 320GB DVR and DVD Recorder

HTPC can be configured as a set-top-box.

Channel Master CM-7000PAL

Wow. Way to deliver TV Fool! Those are good options. I also found this model while i was poking around, it seems to be geared exclusively towards over-the-air broadcast.
