Welcome to the forum, krinkle:
It looks like you are SW of Edmonton, near Pigeon Lake, maybe Argentia Beach.
Your tvfool report doesn't look very promising, but I think you have a good chance of getting the channels at 43 to 55 degrees true down to CBXT-DT CBC, IF and that's a BIG IF, you can get your antenna above the trees.
That would give you CTV, GTN, and CBC.
Those channels have a 2Edge signal path, which means that there are terrain obstructions that will interfere with the signals making them less than 100% reliable.
You would need a Winegard HD7698P antenna and a Channel Master 7777 or Antennas Direct Juice, or PA18 preamp. There are other more exotic preamps that are more expensive and sometimes less reliable. There is also the inexpensive RCA TVPRAMP1R that performs well but sometimes has quality control problems.
The coax shield should be grounded with a grounding block that is connected to the house electrical system ground with 10 gauge copper wire for electrical safety. For further compliance with the electrical code (NEC in the US), the mast should also be grounded in a similar manner to drain any buildup of static charge, but the system will not survive a direct strike.
I don't see any FM signals in your area that would interfere with TV reception, but the data might not be up to date.
