Help with antenna recommendation

I plan on adding an antenna to my roof (about 25 feet above ground) and would like to get the stations in NY (NE), Philadelphia (SE), and Wilkes Barre (N). I don't care about the stations to the SW. Can anyone recommend an antenna (or type) that I should get? I plan on using a rotator. Here's my report and thanks in advance.

Forget NYC, it won't happen.

Check your line of sight towards both Philly and Wilkes Barre. If the signal paths are blocked by trees or buildings, then those signals, especially the UHF ones, are likely to be unreliable.
