Yes, you have a chance. If you can aim toward the west without being obstructed by trees or neighboring buildings, an Antennas Direct DB8e + RCA TVPRAMP1R gives you a decent shot at the three networks. The signal from KVRR is strong enough to hope that even though it's not in line, it may be received as well.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
