Antenna booster with powered 4way splitter

Is there any issues running the juce antenna booster and a clearstream powered 4 way spliter. My antenna is 50' in a tree. Hard to service. I recently upgraded my system, new antenna, wire, and ground, and booster. In my instalation I experimented. Put up new antenna booster at antenna. Got 34, the usual channels. I did learn I could move antenna at base of tree. Performance the same. Now I can change at base if lightning kills it. Anyway in the process of installing the new system I got 64 channels some 65ish miles away. Heck of improvement! I am back to the 34 channles! The only thing I found is the power transformer was putting out 20 volts instead of 12 out of the spliter transformer. I bought a new one with no improvement. Any ideas? How can I test the juice output power inserter?
