Angry TV picture bresks up with LED lights on

Samsung flat screen, wall mount, two years old, roof mount ant. with florescent or LED lights on two of the three local channels break up (pixels ) but with the lights of TV is perfect. I have changed the lights from florescent to LED no change, rerouted cable wire no change, changed circuit breaker for lights and TV no change, only thing that clears up picture is turning off lights. Pulling my hair out, anyone with similar problem?

All too common with LED and CFL bulbs.

The only viable solutions ar:

1) Get the antenna as far away from the offending bulbs as possible to reduce the amount of RFI admitted into the receiving system.
2) Replaced the offending bulbs with better quality devices. Good luck finding them....
3) Replace the offending bulbs with incandescent bulbs.

I would go with some incandescent bulbs first and see if the problem still exists. There could always be something else on that same circuit that is causing the issue such as a loose connection somewhere, a bad switch or outlet, a bad doorbell transformer, a switching type power supply plugged into an outlet, an electric blanket or heating pad plugged into an outlet, etc.

Dimmers, can also wreak havoc on audio and video.
