Reception issues

Hello all,

I'm trying to cut the cord here and having issues with some local channels.

Any help would be appreciated. I can't seem to get a signal for fox or nbc. Hoping maybe for some ideas.

Currently have a Clearstream 2v antenna roof mounted to an old satellite mount about 10 feet off ground

1. Post the URL to your TVFool Report, and not just the graphic.
2. What direction is your antenna aimed? It should be aimed at 212 degrees on a compass (between southwest and south-southwest).
3. Do you have Line of Sight (LOS) towards the southwest? If not, what is in the way?
4. It might be useful if you post the stations you do get (real channel numbers, followed by virtual numbers) in the order they are listed on your chart. For example, KRIV 26 (26.1).

I've tried pointing antenna anywhere from 210-216 degrees or as close to it as I can by compass with antenna facing SSW on south side of house. The only object in the way might be part of a neighbors tree but it is a fairly clear LOS SSW.

I currently can pick up PBS 8, KHOU 11.1, KTRK 13, KTXH 20.1 is pixelated mostly, several channels in the 50's, several different virtual channels in the 13's, and some 60's. Currently the best run I got from the scanning of channels and moving antenna was 41 channels it picked up.

For some reason it won't pick up KPRX fox 26 or KPRC which is nbc local channel 2 which looks like it's labeled channel 35 on graph

Sounds like you'll need to forget the dish mount location and find an antenna mounting location that optimizes your line of sight towards Missouri City. Placing the antenna behind a house or tree usually not a good move and it will drive you crazy trying to make it work (which it usually won't).

What's interesting is just messing around, it picked those channels up when I was just holding it in my hand inside the house next to the TV.
