As always , attics Are Not a reception friendly environment and Never Will be a reception friendly environment.

Attics produce - close in - multipath - reflected signals bouncing all around.

Multipath is not reception friendly in the attic.

The signal strength is in the weak Yellow zone at your location.

You can try turning the antenna and other locations in the attic.
_________

I recommend install the ANT751 antenna above the roof in such a manner that the roof or house is not blocking reception to the north west at about 306 degree magnetic compass direction.
And south west at about 190 degree magnetic compass direction.

The ANT751 antenna has some forward reception gain and does a good job of receiving at the , front angles , back , back angles , to the antenna.

The Digital Tv stations to the , north west , are stronger signal strength then the Digital Tv stations to the , south west.

Install the ANT751 antenna above the roof and aim the ANT751 antenna at about 190 degree magnetic compass direction.

For the reception of the Weaker Digital Tv stations at about 190 degree magnetic compass direction.

And the Stronger Digital Tv stations at about 306 degree magnetic compass direction , received at a back angle to the ANT751.

As always , trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of blocking or reducing Digital Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions including your own house.

It is best to install a antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception including your own house.

Digital Tuners can develop - Digital Glitches - that are not cleared out with a simple channel scan.

I recommend do Double Channel Rescan.

Since the offending channels are in line w/ the good ones, they may be on the cliff and your building materials are soaking up signal.
Mount the antenna on the roof.

I am very surprised that Milwaukee isn't showing up on your TVFOOL.
