Windows Media Center channel guide

Does anyone know were Microsoft gets their channel information for the Windows Media Center channel guide? I would like to propose corrections to it like proposing corrections to the TV Fool database.

In the Des Moines TV market their are two different channels occupying one carrier. They are KDMI-DT virtual channel 19.1 and KCWI-DT virtual channel 23.1, both channels are on real channel 23, and both belong to Papas Telecasting.

The channel data automatically downloaded by Windows Media Center incorrectly indicates KDMI on real channel 19. Of course, there is no signal on real channel 19. I must manually edit the channel guide and assign KDMI 19.1 to real channel 23 and move the programming data to make the channel guide work properly.

Sorry, but I don't know how Microsoft handles their Media Center channel database updates. Maybe someone else can chime in if they know where to submit change requests.
