Antenna Recommendation Needed Please

Seeking wisdom from the experts as to which antenna to purchase for the following setup:

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...0b86362afbcfb9

Cutting ties with Cable and will be splitting the signal to three TVs through the house. Will use star topology, do you think I'll need an amplifier, or should I setup, test then decide? Also plan on using existing coax cabling for the new system.

Really appreciate those who share their knowledge and time with newbs such as myself.

A simple, single antenna solution would be a Winegard HD7694P aimed at about 85° (compass).

If mounted outside clear of obstructions, you should not need an amplifier to drive a 3-way splitter.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)

Tv antennas and Tv reception

Install a http://antennasdirect.com , C2V , UHF/VHF antenna with the reflector screen removed. Mount the antenna above the roof. Aim the C2V antenna at about 80 degree magnetic compass. With the reflector screen removed the antenna will receive 2 directions front and back for the reception of the digital Tv stations/channels to the , north-east , east , south-east , south-west. Install a Channel Master CM3414 distribution amplifier to distribute the weaker channels at the bottom of the yellow reception zone through out the system. Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/amtenna/pointing/pointing.html. Here are places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.channelmasterstore.com , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.amazon.com
