Here's my radar scan:

Now, I had an old RCA antenna about 4' long and I was receiving most all the channels in green (digital ones), but that's all. And on windy days we would loose the picture on weak channels and the audio would "dda, dda, add,aa,d,da" a lot and the picture would pixelate (is that a word?).
So, I did the analysis and it suggested the Winegard HD7696P. So I bought it and installed. I then got better reception, much less if any pixalation or "dadd,aa,ddd,a,aaadd" audio.
BUT, I completely lost channel 11 -- WXIA-DT; Real=10; (Virt =11.1); NBC; 57.2 NM(db); Pwr -33.7; LOS; 13.6 miles; 8* true and 12* Mag.
If you will look at the chart, Channel 30 and 46 are both in the same direction and same distance away, and I get them perfectly.
So, I went back up and put up my old antenna below the 7696P and connected them both.
Wa-la, I got Channel 11 back.
Why?
