I recently bought the Antennas Direct DB4 from Amazon and installed it in my 2nd floor apartment. It picks up most of the channels I expected but looking online I noticed that my local Fox (WPFO) broadcasts out of Portland but I can't get it to show up when scanning. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
