Trying to get Fox in Portland, ME

Hey all,

I recently bought the Antennas Direct DB4 from Amazon and installed it in my 2nd floor apartment. It picks up most of the channels I expected but looking online I noticed that my local Fox (WPFO) broadcasts out of Portland but I can't get it to show up when scanning. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

WPFO is about 36 miles north east of portland and low powered.
