Help Deciding on Antenna

I live in the Toronto area, and am looking for a good indoor antenna.

TV signal analysis results

Right now, I'm trying out the Terk FDTV1A with a Zinwell ZAT-970A. I get about 14 channels. If I'm reading the TV Fool report right, I should be able to get 21 using a set top antenna.

I thought by using this Terk antenna, I could mount it on the wall as high up as it will go and maybe get better reception.

Should I bother trying the Terk HDTVa? Or should I scrap it all, and just get rabbit ears?

Also, do you guys think I be using an antenna with amplifier?

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

I would not recommend use of any amplifier or amplified antenna.

The non-amplified Terk HDTVi would be worth your consideration.

An outdoor antenna will outperform an indoor antenna in almost every case. If reception of both local and US signals is a goal, a modest size outdoor antenna and rotator could be used. Let us know if you're interested.
