Antenna Recommendations Northern NJ

Any help is appreciated.

I'm looking for some antenna recommendations for the following location. I would primarily be looking to pick up NYC stations,but it would be nice to have the ability to pick up other stations as well. I know that back in the day we used to have an analog antenna with a rotator that tended to pick up the Philadelphia based stations better. I'm not sure if this is the same today, but it appeared to be.

I would be looking at running 5 tv's. The house is currently wired with coax. The antenna install would be an exterior roof mount at a height of approximately 25 ft. There is a fairly dense tree cover that would be higher that the antenna.

To receive the channels from Phila, NYC, and more, install a Winegard HD 7084P and a Winegard AP8700 pre-amplifier. Use a Channel Master 9215 rotor. If your home is wired with RG6 coax that should be ok for the five sets, but be sure that all splitters are 50-1000 mhz for over the air tv. Be sure to install the provided amplifier power supply before the first splitter.

Install a Winegard HD7084P antenna aimed at about 225 degree magnetic compass.

Use a Channel Master CM3418 distribution amplifier for 5 or more Tv's.

If every one in the house can Agree on the direction the antenna is pointed.

At 225 degree magnetic compass the Philadelphia area Tv stations.

Or about 110 degree magnetic compass the New York City area Tv stations.

And they can Agree , 100% of the time , then use a Channel Master CM 95021A antenna rotator.

If you suspect that there Will Not Be 100% agreement 100% of the Time.

Then do not use a antenna rotator.

Then aim the HD7084P antenna at either the Philadelphia area Tv stations or New York City area Tv stations.

35 plus Digital Tv stations/channels will be received Philadelphia area Tv stations.

35 plus Digital Tv stations/channels will be received New York City area Tv stations.

For your reception situation a channel surfing friendly way to receive the Philadelphia and New York City area Tv stations.

Is to install 2 Separate antenna systems that will not be connected together on to the same coax.

The 2 separate antenna systems will be 2 separate HD7084P antennas and 2 CM 3418 distribution amplifiers and 2 separate coax systems that will go to the Tv locations where a Remote Control A/B antenna switch will be at each Tv location to select the 2 separate systems. This set up is channel surfing friendly , push the buttons on the hand held remote control change antennas and keep on surfing.
