No antenna amplifier will be needed for one or two Tv's connected. Use a simple common 2 way splitter for 2 Tv's. Use No splitter if one tv is connected. How many Tv's are/will be connected??

Here is the Federal Law that says Yes you can install and use a antenna above the roof. The hoa's are Well Aware of this Federal Law yet some hoa's will try and scam people in to believing that they can not have a antenna above the roof. Some hoa's will try and use scam ideas , like you have hide the antenna or it must be a small antenna or you must put the antenna in the attic or you are bad person if you have a antenna. Some hoa's will play on other peoples fear to put pressure on you and scam you. . Hoa's Can Not Prevent or Even Delay you from installing a antenna. This Is Federal Law - Settled Law - it has been challenged many times in court , (before you came along and asked the question) and the , hoa's , housing coven-nuts , cities , counties , states , and all other crazies have Lost time after time in court. http://www.fcc.gov/mb/facts/otard.html . Read what I said about antennas and the Federal Law at this question askers post , http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=7188
