need some help guys and gals, please

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...9fbee51cf9ca22

I have just installed a rca751 antenna on the corner of my house about 12 feet high and I am pretty well pleased. My question is with a better quality, higher mounted, bigger , antenna, would I benefit with more channels, better signal, etc.? I don't know how to read my report from a technical standpoint so please take it easy on me.
Also, could you look at my report and tell me the compass degree that my rca should be pointed at.
Thanks in advance and I love this site!!

If you can get 34.1, then you've got all the stations that are worth chasing. Aim at about 250 degrees.

The next two digital stations down the list are another PBS station and a low-power station in a different direction. Not worth the trouble of buying a rotator. The next group down the list are in yet another direction. You'd need to spend at least $150 to get four channels that duplicate networks you already have. Probably not worth it.

I assume you have a compass and know how to use it? If not you will need to get one and figure out how it works....TVFool reports direction in magnetic and true (base reference magnetic north and true north), aligning the compass needle to the "N" on the compass, then figuring where 250° is from there, and point the antenna in that direction...
A compass can be had at any camping or hiking store....
