Could someone please help me select the best antenna for this location (below) ?

Would like to receive all channels possible from Southwest and North West.

I also need an antenna that's not an eyesore for placement on the west side of our condo unit. Channels to the east will not be possible due to antenna placement. Something along the likes of the Mohu sky, Clearstream 2 C2-V or Wineguard flatwave that would be best due to Condo regulations.

Tv antennas and other antennas are Handsome and Beautiful.

Here is the Federal Antenna Law that clearly states that Yes you can install a Tv antenna of any size and at location that provides reliable reception.

You can use the law or not it is your choice.

For Tv reception in The Limited Manner That You Are Requesting and the Location You Have Choose To Install The Antenna.

Install a ANT751/R antenna aimed at about 300 degree magnetic compass direction.

I suggest aiming the antenna directly towards Baltimore & forget about Harrisburg/York. Baltimore will give you;

-Better reliabilty
-More HD
-Better PQ
-More variety
-More professional local news

The Digital Broadcast Tv stations/channels at your location are Weak to Very Weak Signal Strength at your location.

If the Small antenna and mounting location that you choose produces few channels and unreliable reception.

Then install a Handsome and Beautiful , www.antennacraft.net , HBU44 antenna above the Peak of the Roof in such a manner that the roof and building are not , obstructing , impeding , blocking , reception in the directions of , South West , West , North West.

Aim the HBU44 antenna at about 245 degree magnetic compass direction.

As Always , trees and tree leaves , plants and plant leaves , have a Negative Effect on Broadcast Tv Reception and so do buildings and other obstructions including your own roof and building.

Some and not all of the Negative Effects are

Absorbing , Blocking , Reception

Multi-Path Reflecting signals bouncing all around.

The Best Pratice is install the antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception including your own roof and building.

The desire to receive "...all..." may prove to be impossible given the constraints you've listed. The relatively weak signal levels and edge path conditions call for an antenna system with more gain and directivity than any of the antennas you've listed.

Even antennas larger than the HBU-44 would not be overkill.

You can get a lot of UHF-only performance in a relatively small form factor... Consider the Antennas Direct DB8e. However, you would be left needing High VHF capability, the Antennas Direct CS5 being a relatively small form factor, but the large Antennacraft Y10713 would be preferred for it's added performance.

Smaller antennas will offer some reception, just not, "...all channels possible from Southwest and North West."
