Antenna Recommendation

I would like an antenna recommendation based on the report linked below. I can do a roof top antenna if necessary. It's a 2 story house so the antenna would be at approximately 25 feet above grade....

The AntennaCraft C290 is a good bit cheaper than the other options. It's only $37 on Solidsignal.com. Would the more expensive ones have any advantage for my setup?
