I need help to choose antenna - Mukilteo WA

Hi, I’m planning to install antenna in attic but I’m not sure which one would be the best.
Here is the result from TVFool.

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...f1f019dcd2f415

I want to pick up NBC, Fox, CBS and ABC. I don’t watch any other channels.
A few antennas I’m thinking are AntennaCraft HBU33, Winegard HD7694, Channel Master 4228 or Amazonbasics Outdoor 60 miles.
I prefer HBU33 if it works, due to cheaper price. My attic cannot accommodate larger antenna than HBU33. But I’m not sure if this directional antenna is ok for my need or I need multi-directional antenna like CH4228.

Thanks in advance

If Tom (GroundUrMast) is around, he's best to answer your query as he's in your area.

Eliminate the "AmazonBasics" (a private label Mohu Sky) and the CM 42228. The 7694 is a good potential choice, but it's hugely a PITA to fold back up if you have to take it out of the attic. The HBU33 is of similar performance to the 7694 but is getting harder to find in the aftermath of Radio Shack's bankruptcy and Antennacraft's apparent demise.

Attics are pretty much unpredictable locations for antennas. You'll never know what's going to work until you get an antenna up there and try it out.

Thanks for your response.
You are basically saying multi-directional antenna is not going to work, right? I saw RadioShack nearby had HBU33 a couple of weeks ago. I’ll try it and return it if doesn’t work.
One question. Is AmazonBasics going to work if I install it on roof?

The Amazon Basics/MohSky antenna is a lot more fluff and hype than it is much of an antenna. Those guys are marketing geniuses. The antenna is just a pair of elements that look like the directors on our 91XG, for example, but are much larger. Then they paired it up with a mediocre indoor amp and call it a "60 mile antenna"....

You're welcome to try it, of course. Let us know how it goes.

Got it. I'm not going to try Amazonbasices then. I'll get HBU33 and see how it performs in my attic. Please let me know if there is any other antenna worth trying.
Thanks again.
