Need advice on antenna for OTA TV Stations

See my TVFool below:

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...e07cf7ecb50a98

I have a HD TV set and an older standard Def set. I am looking for a good antenna for High def channels in NY area (and Philly stations if possible). I need to know the following:

1. Type of antennas: Model Number of Roof mounted, attic antenna,
or others. Do I need VHF or UHF antenna?

2. Do I need a pre-amp, a rotor, etc.?

3. Can I split the signal between two TD sets: one HD and one standard
Def?

your advice is appreciated.
