I was not able to find this model on the RCA web site. All I can offer is an observation based on the photo and Menards ad copy... The antenna appears to be nothing more than a couple of dipoles though the black rectangular shaped sections may well hide a couple more. Just a short step above an old fashion rabbit-ear style antenna. A built-in amplifier will not add to the antenna's performance, only deal with loss in the coax and splitters. The Menards ad copy says this in not amplified which is contradicted by the Parent Company's (Voxx) press release dated Jan 7, 2019 https://www.corpmagazine.com/news/20...ntenna-lineup/
I would expect the RCA ANT751R to perform as well or better. Unless one places an unusually high priority on cosmetic appearances I'd suggest passing on the ANT950E.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
