Cpa19

May be a dumb question, but does it matter which way the CPA19 egg shape faces on the mast? Should the clamp be in the back with the egg facing the same direction as the antenna? Or should the clamp be facing the same direction as the antenna?

Is it OK if the Power Inserter is only 15 feet downstream from the antenna and the splitter is another 40 feet downstream from the power inserter?

Can't think of any difference, except maybe to keep the heat fins(I doubt if that's what they actually are) out of direct sunlight. You also want them on the side that's easiest to work on.

As long as the inserter is indoors and between the splitter and the amp.
