Help Please

My first post here.

I have the dish now and would like to deep six it.

I'm not sure what kind of antenna to get and if I could put it on the dish pole (it's on the pick of the roof now).

I would like to run the antenna to 2, maybe 3 tv's.

Also, I'm about 12-13 miles from the Providence RI stations and 30-31 miles from the Boston Mass stations. Will one antenna pick them up without turning it?

Tv Antennas and Reception

I recommend a Winegard HD7696P antenna pointed at about 340 degree magnetic compass , this will get you the groups of stations to the north/north west , and WLWC UHF channel 22 is very strong and should be received through the back side of the antenna. The Tv transmissions to the front of the antenna and the channel 22 to the back of the antenna are very strong and will supply signal to 2 maybe 3 Tv's. I suggest not using the satellite dish mount. I suggest using a Strong and Strudy , tripod mount , chimney mount , peak of the roof eave/gable mount. Here are places to buy Tv antennas and etc.. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.3starinc.com , http://www.starkelectronic.com , http://www.amazon.com Here is how to aim Tv antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html Because the the signals at your location are so strong you will likley receive most of the stations to the west also.
