If the amp was sent back for testing, it will end up on my desk since I do that testing. However, I'm on vacation for the rest of this week so Monday would be the earliest I'd see it, assuming it's arrived by then.
When was it sent and to whose attention?

ADTech, Your office received it on the 15th, our included correspondence was sent to the attention of Angie Greenway.
Unfortunately, I didn't take the time to check to see which channels were available after adding the pre amp. I installed the juice at the antenna using the 3ft cable that was included with the kit. I have approx. 45ft of RG6 coax running directly to my TV. I installed the inserter just before the connector on the back of my set. At the time of testing I didn't have the splitter installed. I contacted AD tech support at the time of installation and the only advise that I received at the time was to obtain an RMA and send it back. After further searching on-line I found a post at Dennys TV that recommended testing the output of the inserter with a VOM. I wish I would have ran into that post before I sent it back. The post went on to say that the inserter uses the braided shield as a ground for the 12 VDC power supply. It is possible that the braid isn't terminated properly on one end or the other. I will definitely check that possibility before I try this again.

Unfortunately, the returned amp did have any instruction attached to it to indicate that a customer was awaiting feedback, so it just got placed into the "returns" box for testing with other amps. All I know is that it's one of four Juices in that box, but I'll have no way of distinguishing which was the one you returned when I do test them.
Sorry.

Thanks for checking ADTech, I have a klien cable tester and will check the continuity of the braid on my cable, I really should have done that to begin with. Do you have any input into the design of your amps? If so a led on the amp showing power from the inserter would be a most welcome addition.

Yes, I know, but it's not going to happen.

FYI, I tested all of last week's Juice returns this morning. I had one defective but it was tagged with an RMA that was not yours. Therefore, it's safe to conclude that the Juice kit you sent back was not defective.
As a shortcut in checking continuity of a coax, simply go to one end and jumper the stinger to the shield, then go back to the other end and verify continuity from that end, should be near zero ohms. Remove the short and verify the meter reads an open circuit.
