Splitter question
I have a splitter,1 in and 3 out. The out ports have db ratings. 1 /3.5 db and 2 / 7 db. What does this do increase or decrease the signal?

Decrease. By 3.5 and 7 dB respectively. You are splitting the signal in two, then one half in two again.
