Thinking about stopping to pay for ridiculous cable rates and want to look at attic antenna installations. Here is my tvfool report:

Here are the channels that I'm interested in:
KRMA-TV
KLWY-DT
KGWN-DT
KPXC-DT
KMGH-TV
KUSA-DT
KDVR
KCNC-DT
It's a 2-story house. Note that the attic does NOT have foil backed insulation but DOES have HVAC pipes running (we do have a furnace in the attic). If this makes antenna installation a no-go, please provide alternative roof mounted options (likely will also mean that I have the install done by somebody else). THe main cable splitting hub is in the basement (will likely hook up antenna to existing comcast line coming into the house). Probably means that the cable from antenna to TV will run about 40-50 feet.
I plan to have 1 TV right now and a maximum of 2 TVs later (splitter will come in the basement).
Budget is $150 (I do realize that this might not be enough if I have to hire someone to install it on the roof).
APpreciate any help I can get in this forum with antenna/installation options. Thanks in advance!
