Dealing with Co-channel Problem

I need some help. I recently went OTA, but the wife isn't happy because we don't get ABC and she can't watch The Bachelorette. My TV Fool report shows that Cincinnati ABC [Channel: 22 (9.1)] should be my strongest channel. Unfortunately, there is a co-channel warning from an analog channel 22 out of Dayton. Since the other Cinci stations come in just fine, I'm assuming this co-channel issue is the source of my troubles. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

My antenna is a Winegard HD 7696P mounted in my attic and pointed toward the Cincinnati stations.

Here is my report:

You don't have co-channel interference since W22DE was displaced by WCPO last winter and is silent.

More likely, you're experiencing a frequency-specific multi-path problem. The usual cure for that is to try a different location for the antenna.

Tv Antennas and Reception

I agree with AD Tech. Also here is a antenna that is designed to reduce multipath/ghost reception , http://www.solidsignal.com/prod_disp...p?prod=ANWGHST

I suspect interference from an extremely strong FM station, WOXY on 97.7; .4 miles away with a signal strength of -6.7 dbm.

Consider this filter: http://www.antennasdirect.com/store/...on_filter.html
