As far as I know the only outdoor antennas capable of receving low-VHF signals are the large combo log-periodic-Yagi-Uda models with the really long rear elements. I don't know of any dedicated low-VHF antennas on the market these days, and I especially do not know of any indoor low-VHF antennas except for your good ol' rabbit ears.
