More Reception Questions

I just had a Channel Master Multi directional antenna professionally installed. I have 2 TVs - one a 32" Polaroid, and the other a 42" Samsung DLP. Both TVs are only 5 yrs old. The 32" receives all channels very clear in this area (no problems); the Samsung receives all very clear except the 3 PBS channels (same KETC). I have re-scanned many times on the Samsung, but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? A new splitter needed? Is there a tuner issue? Thanks!!

The information JC requested is needed in order for us to understand your situation.
