NH antenna/equipment recommendation

A big thanks to all the volunteers who help out here.

I'm hoping to dump cable and I'm looking for advice/opinions on what antenna (and other equipment) to purchase and install. Ideally, I'd like to receive PBS, ABC (WMUR), NBC, CBS, Fox, and CW. The CW looks like it will be challenging based on the maps. They do stream many of their primetime shows online, but it would be nice to be able to record them and/or watch in real time.

If I've left out any information that would be helpful, please let me know. I included a satellite view of the house in case it is helpful for the immediately adjacent structures (i.e. trees are close mostly on one side of house).

Thank you!

Current Setup:

Basic Cable from Comcast

Cable splits to 5 locations in home:

1. TV
2. HTPC tuner card
3. HTPC tuner card
4. Network Tuner (HDHomerun)
5. Network Tuner

I have read the thread started by GroundUrMast about using one or more network tuners as an alternative to antenna rotators/combiners. Love it - brilliant! I have much of my home wired with Cat 6 and already have a dual-tuner in use.

When viewing the photo, magnetic north is in the direction of the upper left corner of the house. Unfortunately, I think I'm on the wrong side of a hill for the best reception.

I called WYCN-LP the main transmitter for the repeater stations W33AK and W39AR. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WYCN-LP. General Manager Mark Graham 603-845-1000 , says that W33AK and W39AR are off the air for upgrade from Analog to Digital and will return to the air as Digital stations in a month or so. To days date is 11-12-12.

WCSH-DT REAL Digital UHF channel 44 , virtual number (6.1-2) NBC and Local News Weather.
Is the weakest Tv station signal strength.

I recommend install antenna at about 40 feet.

I recommend install a Winegard HD7082P antenna with a Antennas Direct CPA-19 preamp aimed at about 56 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

As always the starting aim direction is the -> starting aim direction. The antenna can be turned to to find the aim direction for best reception.

For your reception situation that is WCSH-DT 44 NBC.

WMUR-TV 09 , ABC and MeTv , is at 202 degree magnetic compass direction and is a fairly strong digital Tv station at 30.1 NM(dB) and will most likely be received through/at the back angle of the HD7082P antenna.

(W33AK , W39AR , when return to air as digital) , WPXG , WENH , are all Strong digital Tv stations and will be easely received with antenna aimed at 56 degree magnetic compass direction.

Buy the ronard antenna mounts at solidsignal by typing the word ronard in the solidsignal search box.

Here are some places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.amazon.com , http://www.winegarddirect.com.

In your favor it does not look like there are any trees for some distance to the north east , the direction of WCSH-DT 44 NBC.

As always trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions.

It is best to locate a antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception.

The Tv's Must channel scan for the Broadcast Tv Channels , sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

I didn't beat the snow at the end of last year, but would like to put an antenna up within the next month or so. The Winegard HD7082P antenna is discontinued. While I might be able to find one still in stock somewhere, I'm thinking whatever model replaced it might give some extra advantage(?).

Should I still be looking for the HD7082P? If I can't find one in stock, what would an alternative antenna recommendation be? Thanks!

Looks like the CPA-19 pre-amp is also discontinued...

Ok , the head engineer , Rick , WBIN/WYCN , says the the 3 transmitters , WORK , W04DP , W07DR , are located at transmitting tower in Derry.

The transmitters are Very Low Power and will not be received at your location.

There was some plans to put the transmitters on the south peak of Uncanoonuc
mountain for much larger signal coverage area.

Those plans have been scaled back and on hold with no current plans to put transmitters on Uncanoonuc.
