Hauppauge tuner sensitivity

How do Hauppauge PC tuner cards rate in terms of sensitivity?

I ask because I aim to add a tuner card to my Kodi media center. I currently watch OTA TV via my 9 year old Sylvania TV.

I bought an AverMedia USB Tuner stick (H837) to play around with, and it actually out preformed my TV's tuner, weak signals were solid and it picked up an additional channel.

The Hauppauge would need to be as sensitive as the AverMedia USB stick I bought, or more sensitive.

I have one in a Windows PC, seems to be on equal par with my Samsung TV tuner. I get pretty much the same reception from the same antenna feed on both.
