On two other Websites, which I have had the honor of Moderating, there has been a "Box" and or "Thread", which only the Moderators and Contributors have had access to. (general User can't see or access it)
That has REALLY been helpful for communications between the "managers" of those websites, where issues or Users on the Site can be discussed in an open "Group" fashion, between those individuals.
That might be helpful here.
