Many low power Tv broadcasters are limping along with analog and are unable to convert to digital. I were the FCC and Big Business , I would move in and take these analog Tv stations channels. If I were a low power Tv broadcaster I would combine forces with other low power Tv broadcasters , buy digital transmitters and lease out digital subchannels. This way the low power Tv broadcasters can keep a digital channel and make money at the same time.
