Marin County (NorCal) installer question

Howdy installers!
Here's my TV Fool signal analysis results page reference #:
<www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3d8d174def3c)1b4>

I wanted to know what kind of antenna I would need to maximize reception possibilities for the available channels shown in the analysis, including any additional equipment such as a rotor, booster, etc.

Feel free to include personal business info such as hourly/per job fees, any mileage charges, etc. Also feel free to inquire about potential obstructions within the area such as trees, hills, etc.

Thank you.
