Especially items with electric motors...
Fans, air conditioners, central air, garbage disposal, exhaust fans, refrigerator compressor, garage door motor, sump pumps, washer, dryer, dish washer and the dreaded hairdryer.
In these cases, the motor creates and emits the RFI, and the attached electrical cord can act as a broadcast antenna, transmitting the RFI. As Rabbit73, rickbb and Tower Guy suggested, placing a ferrite bead on the power cord close to the motor can help reduce the broadcast antenna effect of the power cord, but does nothing to squelch the RFI transmitting directly from the motor.
