I couldn't access the main tvfool.com website today. I'm only able to access the forum. I notice the thread prior to mine questions whether tvfool.com has been abandoned.
The site being unreachable could just be bad luck. Either the one day in four years that I need it, it's down. Or, it has been down for months. I'll try again later.
