For my location (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC, near Montreal), The TVfool listing of channels available does not include WCFE-DT (virtual 57, real 38, station location Plattsburgh, NY). This is strange, because a previous listing from 2017 shows this channel.
One possible explanation is that the 2017 listing shows a direction of 184 degrees, which would imply that the antenna was in (or near) Plattsburgh itself. However, the antenna for this channel is now located on Mount Mansfield
