There is a repeater of KXLY on channel 38 Real, (K38KK), located at N 46° 51' 43" (46.862), W 117° 10' 28.88". This is not reported on the TV Fool website when running a TV Fool for the Pullman area.
The last database update was done several weeks before the station operator filed their LTC. Heck, it only took KXLY ten years to build it after they were issued the CP. Ironic they'd even bother with a channel 38 facility given the repack.
