These three stations:
WRIC
WRLH
WCVW
were operating at low power due to a transmit antenna issue. These three stations are back at full power, but from the TV Fool results it looks like the calculations are based on the temporary low power.
WRIC for example: TV Fool shows the ERP at 60 kW, while the FCC shows them at 850 kW. Please refer to

The other two stations are in the same boat.
Here are the parameters I used when I noticed this:
