Need help with antenna identification.
Can anyone identify the type of antenna in the photo and explain what its use for. The antenna is in montreal canada.

The vertical antenna and horizontal antenna are most likely for communications , both voice and and data.
The vertical antenna for communications all directions.
The horizontal antenna for point to point communications the direction the antenna is aimed.
