Red face Getting zero signal strength... I am so confused!

We have one tuner box hooked thru a Winegard HD7082P antenna with a Winegard HDP-269 preamp pointed about 100 degree magnetic compass direction give or take. We have tried both 10 feet elevation and 25 feet elevation. There is about 85 feet of coaxial between the preamp and the tuner box. Below are the coordinates

10 feet mount

25 feet mount

I realize I live in the middle of nowhere, but seriously, zero strength? Anyone know what I am missing? I just can't figure what I am not doing right??? Bueller? Bueller?

Thanks?

Zero signal strength and no channels.

Tuner box is an K World HD ATSC/QAM TvBox HDMI edition. Model SA295-Q DE.

Connected to a Pioneer VSX-1122-k HDMI av receiver.

Not an actual TV but an Epson Powerlite home cinema 8350 HD projector. No other tvs connected.

The HDMI and screen and all work fine (can see fine on projector) but the k world box just gets no channels when it scans. On auto scan or using manual frequency scan.

And yes, we double checked all coax connections with the antenna, per-amp and power injector.
