Are you referring to the page that is linked to the Call Sign of each station on your report?
For example, your report from a previous thread,
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...2df958d0fb50e6 lists CICA-DT at the top, the strongest TV signal at your location. Clicking on the call sign takes you to,
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...dALLTV%26n%3d1.
If this is the profile you are referring to, then what you see is a depiction of the transmitter on the left side of the graphic, your location on the right side of the graphic and the terrain in between.
The terrain in your area appears to be relatively flat. Here in the Seattle area, there are significant hills and mountains. In this profile,
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...ALLTV%26n%3d26 which I generated arbitrarily, you can easily see that the transmitter is located on a low mountain top (low being relative to the 14,000'+ Mount Rainer not that many miles away) and the are significant hills and near sea-level bodies of water between the transmitter and receiving location (on the right side of the graphic).
