Question Help with a few station (Apartment)

First of all here is my TV fool with the coordinates were my antenna is

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...9900b7b85fc867

I can get pretty much all those stations that are listed coming from 241 degrees because they all come from the Empire State Building..

However one station which is WNBC is iffy.. The antenna is outside my window pointed towards the transmitter but the station signal goes away if I get up from my chair in front of the TV..

Odd.. But the antenna is a Silver sensor which is not really an outdoor antenna but I think it's done pretty good for almost 3 years outside but I'm looking for something a little different to try.

I will state right now I have very little room to do much which includes massive raising the antenna i.e 20 Ft taller and such and roof mounting.

Right now I'm about 11-12 FT AGL with the antenna and was thinking about going another 40 Ft taller with a J-pole on the side of my window AC, the thing is my window has a swing out screen so in order for it to clear the screen the J-pole would need to tilt a bit then somehow have some bracket that allows the antenna to tilt back up as if it was vertical.

however I haven't seen any parts like that for sale? having said that which antenna could I use that would be a improvement?

I'm only concerned about UHF side of things because the VHF antenna is on the roof and I use a UVSJ to combine the two antennas.

Tv Reception.

Replace the VHF antenna on the roof with a Winegard HD7000R aimed at about 254 degree magnetic compass.
Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

The HD7000R receives both VHF and UHF.

Remove the UVSJ that is no longer required.

How many Tv's are/will be connected??

Tv Reception.

Here are some of the many types and kinds of UHF antennas , DB2e , DB4e , HD9095P , U4000 , U8000.

A , J pole , might work for the mounting.

But then I am not there to have a look at the tricky mounting situation that you have described.
