Question Reception help & Antennae

Looks like a attic antennae would work for this but we have a metal roof on the camp. Or would an attic antennae work?

What would be a recommendation on an attic/outdoor antennae to use? The plan would be to mount it on the side of camp and hook to one TV.

Is one model or brand better than another?

Tv antennas and Tv reception

The default antenna height of the tvfool radar report is 10 feet. The tv transmissions are weak at your location. Lets see if the signal strength will improve with a higher antenna. Make a tvfool radar report with the antenna at 25 feet.

Here is 25 feet. It is located on top of hill in area along with some trees in the area...If needed I can provide a picture of camp and surrounding area.

Photos of the trees would help. How tall are they generally?

Pictures of the camp and camp building and trees in the direction of about 300 degrees magnetic compass , the direction of the tv transmitters would be helpful.

Here is picture of camp with woods surrounding it. Not a great picture but gives you an idea. My plan would be to mount antennae to the side of camp somehow near the peak of the camp on the right side of the photo. Which is on the north side.

Main TV transmitters are locate to the NorthWest...Approximately.

The trees are full grown and reach way above the camp.

I should also note a camp down the hill has a rather large antennae mounted outside there camp. I plan on visiting them in a couple weeks to see how they have there setup is and quality of channels, etc. They are half way down the hill and I would also guess the hill is blocking the TV transmitters from Erie, PA
