Which direction should I position my outdoor antenna
Hello,
I just moved to Pinetop, Az 85935 and I'm not sure which direction I should point my outdoor antenna. It is a Wineguard. Link to my results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No more than two. I should also tell you there are a lot of pine trees around.

You have only a few easy to receive stations, at 345° per your compass. Antenna choice will depend on how aggressively you want to go after the weaker signals.
I took the liberty to reverse engineer to a location that is probably close to your location... If you can afford a professionally installed tower, at 80' conditions improve somewhat.
Have you already purchased an antenna?
Do you have a firm budget limit?

Trees all around , yes I know , I have been to Pine Top. However many areas have been cleared of trees. . Your location has 'Low In Power' Tv transmitters in 4 different directions. The first direction is 52 degree magnetic compass - KWKM-LP channel 10 this is a analog transmitter and the programing is America One. The next direction is 213 degree magnetic compass - KDOS-LP channel 29 this is a digital transmitter and the programing is Univision and Telefutura. And K16FB channel 16 this is a digital transmitter and the programing is NBC and the AccuWeather. The next direction is 293 degree magnetic compass - KFPH channel 13 this is a digital transmitter and the programing is Univision and Telefutura. Thats right , Uni and Tele from 2 different directions. So now the last direction is 334 degree magnetic compass - K03FB channel 03 this is a digital transmitter and the programing is , PBS , PBS Create , PBS World. And K07OJ channel 7 this is a digital transmitter and the programing is FOX. http://www.americaone.com , http://www.univision.com , http://www.univision.com/telfutura , http://www.nbc.com , http://www.accuweather.com , http://www.pbs.com , http://www.fox.com

Because of the 'Low Power' of the Tv transmitters and the 'Tall Pine Trees' and the 'Diverse directions' of the Tv transmitters I recommend a Big All Channel Antenna the Winegard HD7084P antenna mounted on a Channel Master Rotor model number 9521A. If your location is snuggled right in to the trees then you will need to get the antenna up as high as you can safely get. Or is your location in the areas that have been cleared of much of the trees??

Right now I have a Wineguard outdoor antenna. I can tell you that it's amplified, but I can't find a model no. I used it in Surprise Az and it worked great. It sounds like I need something better.

If you send a private message to me with your exact address or exact latitude and longitude I can be of more help. Or if you were to put your exact address or exact latitude and longitude here , we could be of more help. Broadcast Tv reception varies by the location of the areas of Pine Top and surrounding areas. Some spots are very good for reception and some are not.
