Would like some recommendations please

I have a two story house and would like to split into 3 TV's, two upstairs and one downstairs. All I really care about is the local stations. I'd like to have an indoor antenna, preferably not too expensive. Also, is there anything else I would need besides the antenna, wires, and a splitter? Don't know if it helps at all but my main TV would be a Samsung DLP5063w.
Thanks.

Outdoor mounting will improve your chances for success. However, your report suggests that an indoor antenna can work if your home's construction does not include signal blocking/reflecting materials.

Several similar antennas to consider, RCA ANT-751, Channel Master CM-2016 and Antennacraft HBU-11 or HBU-22.

A passive splitter such as the Ideal 85-133 or 85-333 and reasonable lengths of coax cable should be able to deliver enough signal to three sets without amplification.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)

Your older Samsung probably doesn't have a digital tuner, it's pretty old. You'll need to check into that as I could not locate specifications for the model # you gave. Even if it happens to have one, it will be quite primitive and very finicky about the signals it requires for reliable reception.
