Red face Would the Clearstream 2 work for me?

I am looking to cut satellite and tried an indoor antenna. I can get a few stations but think I need to go to the roof for what I would like. If you view my report I would like to get the major networks listed starting at the top of the list down to Cbs (wwmt). I am looking at mounting the clearstream 2 on my roof (aprox 17'). Please help...

Here is my report.

Probably not.

You'd do best with a larger 7-51 system/antenna on a rotor with a strong-signal tolerant pre-amp.

All the Networks can be received with 2 antennas connected to 1 coax can be received.

2 antennas connected to 1 coax means , No antenna rotator.

Install a http://www.antennacraft.net , Y10-7-13 VHF high band channels 7 thru 13 antenna aimed at about 134 degree magnetic compass direction.

Install a Antennas Direct DB4e UHF channels 14 thru 51 antenna aimed at about 28 degree magnetic compass direction.

____________________________________________

Or if you now have the CS2 UHF antenna , you can test Test reception with the CS2 in place of the DB4e UHF antenna.

And No , that does mean buy the CS2 and not the DB4e.

If you do not have the CS2 then Do Not buy the CS2.

The Tv/s Must Channel Scan for the , OTA=Over The Air , Digital Broadcast Tv stations/channels , often named the ~ Antenna Channels ~ DTV Channels ~ Air Channels ~ in the Tv Setup Menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the Air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

Some digital tv's will Automatic channel scan for cable tv channels.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

Go into the Tv Setup Menu and select , Antenna Channels ~ DTV Channels ~ Air Channels ~.

Scan for channels.
